Halle (dpa/sa) - After the serious accident on Autobahn 14 near Halle with three dead and 19 injured, the police made initial statements about the course of the accident. According to this, a van drove into a car between the Halle-Trotha and Halle Tornau junctions. The car was then thrown away with three occupants and collided with another vehicle and another pickup truck. Only the remains of the car were visible afterwards. The three occupants of the car - all from Saxony - died at the scene of the accident.
