Leipzig (dpa/sn) - The people of Saxony have to prepare for thunderstorms again on Monday. The day starts sunny, but in the afternoon more and more clouds come up, which also bring rain, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. In the evening, heavy thunderstorms, heavy rain and gusty winds are to be expected. According to the DWD, there is a severe weather warning for the Vogtland. The maximum temperatures are around 25 degrees.
The summery weather is over for now. In the course of the week it is expected to continue to cool down, according to the DWD. It will be changeable and unstable with clouds, rain showers and only occasional rays of sunshine.
