Trier-Saarburg: Five injured in an accident on the A64: passers-by extinguish the fire

Five people were injured in a rear-end collision on Autobahn 64 ​​before the Luxembourg border crossing, two of them seriously. A car crashed into another near Langsur, which was overtaking a car at that moment, the police said on Saturday. The force of the impact threw both cars against the crash barriers. In one of the vehicles, the engine compartment caught fire. According to the police, first responders extinguished the flames with a fire extinguisher.
