Since its creation in 1828 by Heinrich Moser, the independent family business based in the Swiss town of Neuhausen am Rheinfall has perpetuated the same credo: to offer insiders fine watchmaking pieces. With this visionary requirement in mind, the manufacture thus presented at the beginning of 2020 a new collection called Streamliner. A range of timepieces launched in homage to the sleek lines of automobiles and locomotives of the 1920s and 1930s.

The house remains, in fact, extremely active in the artistic field of dials, a creative segment which it fully masters and which it has made its trademark in the image of its famous lacquered or fumé dials. For its new Center Seconds, the brand therefore opted for a Smoked Salmon (or smoked salmon) dial with a scratched finish with vertical stripes. A classic in fine watchmaking that adds a deliciously vintage touch to the model with a contemporary look by going from chocolate to gold, in a wide spectrum of shades.

On the exterior side, the Center Seconds Smoked Salmon comes in its traditional 40mm cushion-shaped steel case. The latter has no lugs, which accentuates the ergonomics of the piece once on the wrist and is completed with an integrated steel bracelet. The case middle has satin-brushed hollowed sides and an alternation of brushed and polished surfaces. This contrasting finish continues on the bracelet where the articulated links combine a vertical brushed finish with polished surfaces. The sapphire crystal on the dial side is domed, while the back has a transparent back to view the HMC 200 caliber movement with H. Moser's double stripe finish
