Search, inform, compare and decide - nowadays portals on the internet are an important advisor and problem solver in many areas of life. A large survey has now shown once again which providers are the most popular with consumers.

The "Germany's Best Online Portals" award from the German Institute for Service Quality and ntv goes to consumers' most popular portals every year. Based on more than 44,000 customer opinions, the best online portals were determined this year. The winners will be presented with the award today.

As part of the consumer survey designed to be representative of the population via an online panel, customer satisfaction with online portals in the areas of offer and service, customer service and website was examined.

Numerous individual aspects were taken into account, such as the quality and variety of the service, contact options by telephone, chat, e-mail and social media, reactions to customer inquiries with regard to advisory competence and friendliness as well as the information value and usability of the portal pages.

In addition, the willingness of the customers to recommend it was included in the overall result. A total of 604 companies were evaluated - 437 online portals, each with at least 80 customer opinions, were included in the individual evaluation.

From the customer's point of view, the best online portals include 11880.com, Businessbike, Fewo-direkt, Idealo, Immowelt.de, Musterhaus.net, Myhammer, Neuwagen24.de, Secret Escapes, Ich-parke-billiger.de, Stepstone, Camping .info, Booking.com, Smarter-fahren.de, Check24, Verivox, Gold-Preisvergleich.de, Yachtcharterfinder.com and Ebay classifieds.
