Bavaria: passenger ship accident on the Danube: 100,000 euros damage

Passau (dpa / lby) - When a passenger ship failed to turn on the Danube, property damage of around 100,000 euros was caused in Passau. The stern hit a moored ship on Friday when the 48-year-old driver wanted to turn towards Austria, the police said on Saturday. In the incident near the district of Lindau, both ships were dented over a length of around five meters. Nobody got hurt.
