Mannheim (dpa / lsw) - With 0.84 per mille and without a driver's license on the road - this is how a 21-year-old caused a car accident in Mannheim. The man was actually a passenger on Wednesday night, according to the police on Wednesday. However, when the actual driver stopped on a street and got out of the car briefly, the 21-year-old sat down at the wheel and tried to park on the side of the road. He slipped off the clutch and hit a garden gate with his car. Nobody got hurt. The 21-year-old is now being investigated for driving without a license and endangering road traffic.
