Two and a half weeks ago, an unknown person set fire to several garbage bags that were stacked in a pile, police and prosecutors said on Wednesday. Witness statements led police to the suspect. An arrest warrant was issued for the homeless man. Public prosecutors and criminal investigators are investigating attempted serious arson. The suspect is silent about his motives, it said.
