Kuppenheim (dpa / lsw) - A senior was hit by a car in Kuppenheim (Rastatt district) and fatally injured. According to police reports, the 72-year-old wanted to cross the street at a bus stop with his walker on Tuesday morning when the approaching car hit him. The 21-year-old driver was not injured. The 72-year-old man died at the scene of the accident. The police called in an expert and used a drone to determine the exact course of events. There was damage of around 2000 euros.
