Bavaria: 16-year-old fell from stand-up paddle and drowned

Dießen am Ammersee (dpa / lby) - A 16-year-old girl fell from a stand-up paddle board into the water in Lake Ammer in the district of Landsberg am Lech and drowned. The girl had already gone down several 100 meters from the north bank on Friday evening, the police said. Despite a large-scale search operation, the girl was not found. On Sunday afternoon, a body was located in the water and taken out of the lake by divers. It is undoubtedly the missing person.
