Deggendorf (dpa / lby) - A 28-year-old man was taken to the hospital after a fight in Lower Bavaria with moderate head injuries. Two groups, each with two and three members, attacked each other in Deggendorf, the police said on Sunday. The reasons for this are not yet known.
A nearby police patrol intervened during the night from Saturday to Sunday and tried to separate the groups. Meanwhile, the 28-year-old lying on the ground continued to be hit. A 34-year-old reportedly stepped on the victim. Apart from the woman, three men suffered lacerations to their faces. Paramedics took the man on the ground to the hospital.
