Osterhofen (dpa / lby) - With her two children in the car, a 33-year-old in the Deggendorf district was drunk and driving the car without a driver's license. An alcohol test showed a value of 2.5 per mille, as the police announced on Sunday. The woman drove too fast on Saturday and got off the road near Osterhofen. She had her two daughters, six and twelve years old, with her. Nobody got hurt. The luxury car was a total loss of 50,000 euros.
The woman initially gave the police false personal details, but this was discovered. According to the information, she had previously had to give up her driver's license because of alcohol at the wheel.
