Hesse: false alarm from a young person triggers a large-scale police operation

Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - A young person caused a large-scale police operation with a false alarm on Thursday evening in Frankfurt. According to the investigations so far, the 15-year-old said by emergency call that a person was lying on the street with a knife in his back and that someone had fled with a firearm, the police said on Friday. The officers did not find a victim at the alleged crime scene, but noticed the young person and arrested him.
