Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - After the traffic disruption caused by a broken switch at Frankfurt Central Station, S-Bahn operations are back to normal. This was announced by a spokesman for Deutsche Bahn on Wednesday morning. On Tuesday, the switch in the area of ​​​​the Frankfurt underground station led to partial failures in the S-Bahn traffic in the Rhine-Main area, as the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) announced. The switch had been broken since Tuesday night. The disruption caused trains to be canceled and there were delays throughout the S-Bahn network.
