Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Process for misappropriation of social security contributions

Schwerin (dpa / mv) - A 42-year-old and a 53-year-old must appear on suspicion of embezzlement on Thursday (9:00 a.m.) before the district court in Schwerin for the trial. As the court announced in advance, the accused are accused of withholding employer and employee social security contributions for the employees employed in their temporary employment agency. The fraud in 552 cases is said to have caused damage of around 1.1 million euros to the social security agencies between February 2015 and March 2018.
