MTB / World Cup. Haut-Savoyarde Loana Lecomte is a legend after her success at Lenzerheide

Loana Lecomte is still a major figure in cross-country mountain biking's history. The Annecienne, who was the patron of the World Cup circuit's second champion of France title, won a second consecutive victory on the World Cup circuit, one week after Leogang (Austria) had claimed the first.

The Haut-Savoyarde, who is only 22 years old, made a strong attack on the fourth lap (outof 5) and took 55 minutes to get Jenny Rissveds off her wheel. It is a rare feat in cross-country mountain biking for women in France.

The impressive Loana Lecomte is accompanied by the Swedish Jenny Rissveds (8"), and Alessandra Keller (24") who are the Swiss champions.

Lena Gerault, a test in which the Gapencaise adoption Lena Gerault came 20th (4'42).

Our information suggests that Loana Lecomte should skip the three next stages of the World Cup in Vallnord (July 15,-17, Andorra), then the North American Snowshoe Tour (July 29-31st, USA) and Mont-Sainte-Anne, August 5-7, Canada), to focus more on the main objective of his season, the world championships at Les Gets (August 24-28), followed by the European championships at Munich (19-20 Aug, Germany).
