Cologne (dpa / lnw) - After an armed robbery last Saturday evening at a kiosk in Cologne's old town, the police are looking for the three suspected perpetrators and witnesses. The suspects, who are around 30 to 40 years old, are said to have been wearing dark hoodies and dark pants and wearing a light blue face mask and white disposable gloves.
Around 8.45 p.m., according to the police on Monday, they entered the kiosk with firearms in their hands and threatened the operator couple, a 68-year-old and a 75-year-old, as well as an acquaintance (45) who was present and forced them to hand over the cash. They are said to have tied up their victims and sometimes pulled bags over their heads. After the shop was searched, the suspects fled the backyard of the kiosk with a four-digit sum of money and other personal valuables belonging to the elderly.
