Essen (dpa / lnw) - In North Rhine-Westphalia the weather will remain changeable in the coming days. On Thursday it will initially be cloudy to heavily cloudy with rain showers, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in Essen in the morning. The rain is expected to ease by the afternoon. At higher altitudes, in East Westphalia and during rain showers, there may be strong gusts. According to the DWD forecast, temperatures will reach 18 to 22 degrees.
Friday starts overcast and dry, later the sky clears up. The maximum values are between 21 and 24 degrees. In the night to Saturday the clouds thicken again, in East Westphalia there can be individual showers.
The DWD meteorologists are also expecting dense clouds and occasional rain for Saturday, mostly without precipitation. Temperatures of up to 25 degrees are announced.
