Essen (dpa/lnw) - Despite the black ice and the storm, there were no serious accidents on the streets of North Rhine-Westphalia on Monday night. In the Wesel district, a woman was slightly injured, the police said. In the district area, there were a total of five traffic accidents during the night due to ice.
