North Rhine-Westphalia: hit by a car: three-year-old child seriously injured

Hamm (dpa / lnw) - A three-year-old child was hit by a car while crossing a street in Hamm and was seriously injured. The mother wanted to put another child in her car when the boy suddenly ran across the street, police said. The 34-year-old driver was unable to react in time in the 30 zone. The child was taken to a hospital.
