North Rhine-Westphalia: horse shied: carriage ride ended with four injured

Euskirchen (dpa / lnw) - A carriage with four people overturned during a trip to Euskirchen, all occupants were injured. A horse shied away on Sunday, causing the vehicle to stagger and eventually fall, the police reported on Monday. The four occupants fell out of the carriage, two people were seriously injured, the other two slightly. The carriage swerved into the bushes. There the horse broke free from the team and ran across the asphalt, but slipped with its horseshoe, fell and also injured itself. Three trippers came to hospitals, one went to the doctor. The animal was taken to a horse clinic.
