Warendorf (dpa / lnw) - A man caused a stir in the Warendorf district on Sunday: Among other things, he rioted at an apartment building and jumped on the hood of a patrol car. The 35-year-old is said to have first hit the doors of the residents of the house and damaged them, the Warendorf police said. The residents alerted the police. When the officers later found the man near the house, he behaved extremely aggressively, jumped on the hood of the patrol car and insulted the police officers.
When relatives could not calm the man down either, he was forcibly fixed by the emergency services and then taken to the hospital. He was drunk and under the influence of drugs.
