Warstein (dpa / lnw) - Two firefighters were injured in a roof fire in Warstein. A 39-year-old firefighter breathed in smoke and was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. According to the information, a 21-year-old collapsed at the scene, the causes are unknown. The fire on Friday was discovered during roof work, it said.
According to the police, the two-party house, which is no longer habitable, suffered damage estimated at around 200,000 euros. The five residents who were able to save themselves in time were accommodated elsewhere. The police have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire.
