Leipzig (dpa/sn) - If you want to build in Saxony, you have to reckon with an average square meter price of 81.36 euros for building land. This means that the purchase price for building land in 2021 fell by 2.34 euros per square meter compared to the previous year, according to the Federal Statistical Office in Kamenz. According to this, the average price per square meter was lowest in the Vogtland district at 25 euros and highest in the city of Leipzig at 244 euros per square meter.
According to the Federal Statistical Office, a total of 4507 sales of building land were recorded. Building land was most popular in the districts of Leipzig and northern Saxony. The city of Dresden recorded the lowest number of sales.
