Saxony: ticket machines blown up: 100,000 euros in damage

Plauen (dpa / sn) - In Plauen in the Vogtland district, unknown persons blew up two ticket machines on Friday night. The police said on Friday morning that damage totaled 100,000 euros. The damage to property is 40,000 euros, the alleged perpetrators stole around 60,000 euros according to initial estimates. The explosions occurred at the Neundorf tram terminus and at the Waldfrieden stop. Police believe the two crimes are related.
