The Terminator as grandpa: Arnold Schwarzenegger poses with grandchild

It may be a few more years before little Eloise watches "Terminator" or "Conan". Until then, she only gets to know Arnold Schwarzenegger as her grandfather. So we now see Arnie holding his granddaughter, who was born six months ago.

Katherine Schwarzenegger shares a rare glimpse into her family life on Instagram. Among the pictures shared by Hollywood star Chris Pratt's wife is a snapshot of her six-month-old daughter Eloise with grandfather Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The author writes about the photos: "A weekend with delicious food, lots of love, a baptism, the first holidays and family". She adds, "I'm so happy and grateful for these memories."

Baby Eloise's face can't be seen in the pictures, but a knit hat sticking out of a baby seat in the car and the back of the little one's head while Grandpa Arnold Schwarzenegger kisses her on the cheek (picture number three). The girl wears a white dress in the picture, the occasion could be her baptism.

Eloise's two-year-old sister Lyla also appears in the picture show - but her face cannot be seen either. She poses in a festive outfit consisting of a brown dress with a cord belt, white blouse, white tights and matching strappy shoes.

Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt have been married since 2019. They have chosen to keep their children off social media for the most part. Lyla was born in August 2020, Eloise in May of this year. Pratt also largely refrains from posting photos of his 10-year-old son Jack, who he has with ex-wife Anna Faris.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, meanwhile, seems to be thoroughly enjoying his role as a grandfather. "They come over to the house, you play, like an hour or two, and after two hours they leave," the 'Terminator' star explained during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's late night show. "It's fantastic," he added. "I have a great time when they come to my house."
