Mr de Felice, there has been chaos in air traffic for weeks, with many delays and flight cancellations. Can you already draw an interim balance? We can currently compare the current development with two reference years: In 2019, there were relatively few delays and cancellations with a high number of flights. In contrast, there was great chaos in 2018 after the insolvency of Air Berlin. The effects are currently leveling off between these two extremes. In contrast to the chaos of 2018, the problems this year are concentrated on fewer airlines. In Germany, Lufthansa has by far the most cancellations and delays. In contrast, competitors such as low-cost airlines Ryanair and Easyjet fly relatively normally here.
