The main telephone companies are reporting Internet connection problems this Friday morning, according to the Downdetector website, which is dedicated to reporting failures in digital platform services. Specifically, Orange, Vodafone, Jazztel, Movistar or Jazztel are some of the affected companies.
The majority of problems that affected users are reporting are a lack of signal on their devices and problems connecting to the Internet both from their mobile phones and from home.
Some companies have already warned their users through their social networks after receiving multiple complaints from consumers. This is the case of Jazztel, which warns of a "general incidence" in its service. "We hope that in the next few hours everything will be resolved and the service restored." Orange, for its part, also warns of this "generalized incident" and ensures that they are already working to solve it "as soon as possible".
