A six-year-old girl from Ukraine died in a serious accident on the A4 near Erfurt. According to the police, three other people were seriously injured in the accident. In the accident near the Thuringian state capital, a 61-year-old driver drove his car in the direction of Frankfurt/Main to the right of the roadway and crashed into a car on the shoulder, which was parked there for initially unknown reasons.
A family from Ukraine was in the car. The 37-year-old father, the 38-year-old mother, their six-year-old daughter and their two-year-old son were taken to a clinic with serious injuries. The girl died there from her injuries. The person who caused the accident escaped with minor injuries.
