Adele: Singer announces her Las Vegas shows

There has been speculation for weeks as to when Adele (34) will catch up on her canceled Las Vegas shows. The singer caused a stir by canceling her concerts in January 2022. She is now announcing the new dates with great anticipation both on Instagram and on her homepage. The "Weekends with Adele" shows in the Colosseum of Caesars Palace will therefore take place from November 18, 2022 to March 25, 2023.

In addition to the 24 postponed concerts, eight new shows have also been announced. According to Ticketmaster, however, there will only be a limited number of tickets. Pre-sales will begin on August 10th for fans who already owned tickets for the original shows. Advance sales for all those who have already registered for a waiting list in advance will start on August 11th.

Adele gushed on Instagram: "Words cannot explain how thrilled I am to finally be able to announce these postponed shows." Once again, the singer apologizes in the post for the cancellation of the Las Vegas concerts. "But after what feels like an eternity figuring out the logistics for the show that I really want to deliver [...] I'm more excited than ever!" She is still certain that she did the right thing, even if it was "a terrible decision" for many of her fans. She now wants to "give the absolute best of me" and thanks her fans for their patience.

In tears, Adele canceled her scheduled Las Vegas shows earlier this year in an Instagram video just 24 hours before they were due to start. The British woman then experienced a strong backlash on social media. On Graham Norton's (59) TV show, the singer assured in February that the performances "100 percent" will take place in 2022.
