Offenbach (dpa/lhe) - People in Hesse will have to prepare for rain and thunderstorms in the coming days before the sun shows up. On Tuesday there may be showery rain, especially in the southwest, which then moves northeast, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in Offenbach in the morning. Rarely, short thunderstorms can also occur. The daily highs are between 17 and 20 degrees in northern Hesse and 20 to 22 degrees in southern Hesse, at high altitudes around 15 degrees.
On Wednesday night it will remain dry with temperatures of nine to six degrees. On Wednesday it will be only slightly to partly cloudy. At times there are also longer sunny periods. It mostly stays dry with highs between 20 and 23 degrees, at high altitudes around 17 degrees.
