North Rhine-Westphalia: Man drives car through garage wall and is stuck

Sprockhövel (dpa / lnw) - A driver stuck in his garage was freed by the fire brigade in Sprockhövel. The man had previously accidentally mixed up the gas and brake and crashed his car through the garage wall. A field of rubble opened up: half the wall lay on the radiator hood and a door of the garage had been ripped out. The fire brigade said on Wednesday that they had gained access to the vehicle and freed the driver from the vehicle. He was treated by paramedics and then taken to a hospital.
