Ludwigsburg (dpa / lsw) - A driver caused an accident on the Autobahn 81 near Ludwigsburg with two minor injuries. As the police announced on Saturday, they assumed, based on footage from a witness' dashcam, that it could be an illegal car race. According to the police, the 42-year-old braked his car at high speed on Friday evening to avoid hitting a car in front of him.
His car therefore skidded, crashed into the central barrier and then into a car. His car left the roadway and only stopped after 15 meters. Both drivers suffered minor injuries in the accident.
