Bavaria: 58-year-old crashes with a bicycle and dies

Untermerzbach (dpa/lby) - A cyclist fell with his bike in Lower Franconia and then died. A 35-year-old found the 58-year-old man unconscious on a street in Untermerzbach (Hassberge district) on Sunday night and alerted the rescue workers, the police said. He provided first aid until they arrived. However, despite rescue measures, the 58-year-old died at the scene of the accident, also by the emergency doctor. It is still being investigated whether he died as a result of the fall or whether there was a medical problem.
