TUESDAY, 9:32 AM: More information about the explosion noises heard Monday, June 13, shortly after 10 p.m. in Livron-sur-Drome. The land was occupied by fifteen caravans of Travelers. It is possible that it was children who accidentally set off a firecracker. Three gas cylinders would have been blown up by the fire.

Thirty firefighters stepped in until midnight. Three gendarmes sustained minor injuries, including tinnitus from the blasts.

MONDAY, June 13, 2010, 10:51 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2010: Shortly after 10 p.m. an explosion erupted in Livron-sur-Drome at the level of SNCF's upper deck, close to the travellers camp.

It was first a brushfire that would have lit, but the origin of this fire is still unknown. The gas cylinders that were present would have exploded. The Livron-Loriol firefighters are currently present at the scene. Traffic is controlled during their intervention.
