Today's results from the baccalaureate were announced. They caused a lot of emotion. According to the first provisional results, more than 90% of South Alpine's final year students were successful in Aix-Marseille academy. With 94.2% admissions, the Hautes-Alpes department is rated the top student at the academy. The success rate for all 30271 candidates is 89.1% across all departments.

The general stream for the Hautes-Alpes has a success rate 95.5%, as opposed to 97.9% last season. This is a slightly lower number. This year, the technological sector has 90% success rate, while it was 95.9% last year. Six students failed to complete the new baccalaureate.

As for high school students in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, they do less well than their neighbors, with a success rate of 90.1%. A success rate of 91.6% in general and 86.4% for technology. 24 students failed the exam on their first attempt. The remedial exams were taken by 138 students hailing from the Southern Alps. These almost-graduates can now enjoy the holidays after a successful year, with many being elected and few failing.
