Nagold (dpa / lsw) - In an outdoor pool in Nagold (Calw district), a 37-year-old mother slightly injured two police officers after a dispute with another woman. According to the police on Tuesday, the officials were alerted on Sunday evening after there had been fisticuffs between the mothers whose children had previously argued. When the officials wanted to clarify the matter, they had to keep pushing the aggressive 37-year-old back from the other mother. After the 37-year-old slipped and fell into the children's pool, she kicked an officer and scratched a police officer.
Because the 37-year-old also insulted the police officers and spat in their faces, she now faces criminal charges for assaulting police officers and for assault and insult. Anyone who physically attacks police officers faces a three-month to five-year prison sentence. In addition, the 37-year-old is also expecting a criminal complaint because of the previous dispute.
