They will be glued to their computers this Thursday, June 2, in order to check Parcoursup for which of their training requests have been granted. More than 606,000 final-year students and 186,000 students who want to reorient themselves in their first year are awaiting the "admission proposals" from institutions. These were made following their March applications. There are 13,800 courses (exempt apprenticeship).
Parcoursup's 2022 campaign has seen a decrease in the number of final-year students (-2.2% compared with 2021). There are 14,000 fewer applicants than there were in 2021, but the number of students remains stable (-0.3%). This decrease is particularly noticeable in the professional series (-7.5%). It can be explained by the decline in enrollment and the higher proportion of professional terminals that only require apprenticeship training. The general (-0.8%) and technological series saw slight declines in numbers.
