Schwerin (dpa/mv) - The summer holidays for around 155,000 schoolchildren in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania began on Friday with the issue of certificates. According to the Ministry of Education, the approximately 34,000 vocational students have to wait another week. The first day of the coming school year 2022/23 is August 15th, for the first graders school starts on August 13th.
For children, young people and their parents who just need a sympathetic ear or advice, the reference phone has been active since Monday. There they will receive professional psychological advice until Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
