Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: More parity: Long-term structures for refugee aid

Schwerin (dpa/mv) - The parity welfare association in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania calls for long-term solutions for the care of refugees. "It's high time to get everyone involved around the table and discuss how the tasks can be tackled together," said Friedrich Wilhelm Bluschke, chairman of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomeranian Parity, on Tuesday in Schwerin, with a view to the Bund's refugee summit , states and municipalities on Thursday.

According to him, many people are committed full-time and voluntarily up to the limit. Bluschke is of the opinion that the political "trip on sight" must come to an end and that long-term structures should be secured. "Accommodation, support and integration of refugees is an ongoing task, especially for the municipalities," he said.
