North Rhine-Westphalia: youth player Eze signs a professional contract with Leverkusen

Leverkusen (dpa / lnw) - Bayer Leverkusen has given the captain of its U19 team Joshua Eze a professional contract. The 19-year-old now has a contract with the Bundesliga club until 2024, as the Rhinelanders announced on Tuesday. Eze has played for Leverkusen since 2010. Last season, the midfielder took third place with his team in the A-Junior Bundesliga West.
