Wernigerode (dpa/sa) - After a traffic accident in Wernigerode in the Harz mountains, two people came to hospital with serious injuries. According to the police on Sunday, a 35-year-old from Goslar in Lower Saxony had ignored the right of way of a 34-year-old from Wernigerode. Both vehicles collided on Saturday afternoon at an intersection near the A36 Wernigerode-Nord exit, it said. The man and the woman were reportedly seriously injured and the cars badly damaged.
