Jana and Thore Schölermann proudly announce the birth of their daughter Ilvi last December. Now the actor couple talks about how being parents is affecting their relationship. So they sleep in separate rooms.
In December 2021, Jana and Thore Schölermann's daughter Ilvi saw the light of day. But in addition to the joy, being a parent also seems to have its downsides. "We grew further apart because of the child," the 37-year-old moderator explains the effects with a laugh in a double interview with "Bunte". "We have separated spatially from each other." However, this separation only applies to one room - the bedroom.
But they got closer emotionally, explains Jana Schölermann, who is two years younger. "We want the other to get as much sleep as possible." That would mean: "He always says, (...) I should sleep a bit in peace. I always say: 'No, you can sleep in the other room so that you can have your peace.'" That's why "we share sometimes," she reveals.
In his role as a father, the "The Voice" presenter seems to be really blossoming. Everything is "different, but it's beautiful," he says. When the moderator sees "how cute he is with the little ones, how he makes her laugh and has fun. In fact, I fell in love with him again," adds the young mother.
It had already become apparent in December that Schölermann would be a very attentive father: the actor wrote to a black and white photo showing Ilvi's little hands: "And suddenly everything makes sense! Welcome to the family, little Schölermannchen! I hope it's been a long time until you see and read this post, but if: we love you and always have your back! PS: to future boys: when the time comes, I'll keep an eye on you!"
The two actors and presenters Jana and Thore Schölermann have been married since 2019. They met in 2010 on the set of the ARD soap "Verbotene Liebe", which was canceled in 2015.
