BFMTV reports that 12 students aged 12 said they were victims of savage bites at their school in Toulon in the Var.

These are 6th-grade girls who were bitten in the Marquisanne courtyard by their classmates.

According to BFMTV police sources, the students were administered a diabetic test.

The college management and the parent of a student contacted police.

To clarify each person's role and responsibilities, hearings should be held.

In recent months, a strange wave of stings have affected bars, nightclubs, and festivals all over the country. Complaints were filed from Lille to Beziers, Lorient to Grenoble and via Lyon, Besancon, or Valence.

Six complaints were filed against the International University Music Festival in Belfort for "stings". Four others filed complaints, alleging they were stung during the Pentecotavic Festival in Vic-Fezensac. A suspect was also taken into custody.

After the recording of "La Chanson de l'annee" on TF1, fourteen complaints were filed in Toulon. As part of an ongoing judicial investigation, a 20-year old man was indicted for "aggravated violence with weapon (syringe), and premeditation". Samuel Finielz, Toulon prosecutor, stated that he was placed in custody.

During the Feria de Nimes in the Gard, at least 51 cases of suspicious bites have been recorded. A few complaints were also filed.
