Regensburg (dpa / lby) - Nine people were injured in an accident on the A3 near Regensburg, three of them seriously. A car braked on Thursday afternoon in the left lane, probably due to traffic, police said on Friday. The three cars behind them crashed into each other. The impact was so strong that the cars were thrown across the road. Rescue workers took the injured to the hospital, there is no danger to life.
Around Regensburg, the police reports an accident-prone Thursday. The officials were on duty in eight accidents with total damage of at least 100,000 euros. No one was injured in the other accidents.
