Frankfurt (dpa/lhe) - Two men were injured in a collision between a subway and a car in Frankfurt-Riederwald. The driver was taken to the hospital but did not have to be hospitalized, a police spokesman said on Tuesday morning. The subway driver was in shock.

According to initial findings, a 60-year-old driver had overlooked an above-ground subway line 7 when he pulled out of a parking lot onto the street on Monday evening. Then there was a collision. The car was totaled. The subway area was therefore closed for about three hours.
