However, there is also potential for improvement - especially in service via the contact channels telephone, e-mail and Internet.
However, a great strength of the tutoring institutes is the on-site advice: In personal discussions, the friendly, motivated employees ensure a pleasant atmosphere and provide expert advice that is easy to understand and structured. The website convinces with a high information value about private tuition and the individual locations. The provider also distinguishes itself with customer-friendly services: For example, student aid is present in a very large number of cities, the start of the contract and tuition is possible at short notice, and there is a guarantee of success.
Studienkreis is in second place (quality rating: "good"). The tutoring institute has a very large offer - including 13 different school subjects as well as special courses for learning disabilities. The provider's website also provides extensive information, for example on prices and the qualifications of the teaching staff. Fast e-mail processing and friendly advice on the phone complete the service.
Third place went to Mini-Lernkreis, also with a good result. The provider distinguishes itself in particular with its customer-friendly contract conditions, for example registration fees are waived at most locations from a contract period of at least twelve months. When it comes to service, those interested can meet motivated employees on site and receive understandable information over the phone.
