Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) - At the start of the new school year in mid-September, pupils and teachers at schools in Baden-Württemberg will initially be given four rapid corona tests. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Affairs on Tuesday in Stuttgart. The same number of antigen self-tests are also provided for day-care center and day-care staff and children in day-care centers, day-care centers and day-care centers.
According to the announcement, particularly vulnerable pupils and the staff in special education and counseling centers (SBBZ) should be tested for the corona virus twice a week after the holidays.
The Ministry of Social Affairs pointed out that at several expert hearings, they had repeatedly spoken out in favor of the end of random tests.
