North Rhine-Westphalia: 93-year-old breaks through the shop window with an electric wheelchair

Nettetal (dpa / lnw) - A 93-year-old woman in Nettetal on the Lower Rhine was lucky in misfortune when she broke through the shop window of a house with her electric wheelchair. The woman wanted to reverse near a house entrance, the police said on Friday. Instead of reverse gear, the woman accidentally put her vehicle in forward gear, causing her to hit the window and crash through it.
