Saxony: collision with e-scooter: pedestrian seriously injured

Dresden (dpa / sn) - A 73-year-old pedestrian in Dresden was seriously injured in a collision with an e-scooter driver. The man wanted to cross the street at a traffic light when he collided with the electric scooter, the police said on Monday. The 44-year-old driver was on a cycle path in the opposite direction of travel when the incident occurred on Monday. The pedestrian fell and was taken to a hospital, according to police.
